Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order yourself from My orders or Track order while its status is Pending, Confirmed, Processing. Once an order is packed or shipped it can no longer be cancelled — you can still request a return after delivery.

For prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method. Cancelled cash-on-delivery orders have nothing to refund. Coupons and loyalty points used on a cancelled order are returned to your account where applicable.
